1、容積測定。

1. Volumetric determination.

在室溫下用1000mL測量缸，將相應體積的水入紙餐盒、大餐盒600mL，中餐盒500mL，小餐盒400mL，目視檢查無溢水合格。

At room temperature, use a 1000mL measuring cylinder to pour the corresponding volume of water into the paper lunch box, big lunch box 600mL, Chinese lunch box 500mL and small lunch box 400mL. It is qualified if there is no overflow through visual inspection.

2、耐水試驗。

2. Water resistance test.

將紙制飯盒放在紙板（或漿板）上，倒入溫度（90±5）℃的5％NaCl水，加入1～2滴甲基紅指示劑溶液，高度不應低于20mm。1小時后倒水，觀察背面及兩側是否有滲漏痕跡，如無滲漏痕跡則合格，否則判定不合格。

Place the paper lunch box on the cardboard (or pulp board), pour 5% NaCl water with a temperature of (90 ± 5) ℃, and add 1~2 drops of methyl red indicator solution. The height should not be less than 20mm. Pour water one hour later, and observe whether there is leakage trace on the back and both sides. 3、耐油試驗。

（150±10）°c食用油（花生油、豆油），用瓷勺加上（10±2）毫升的紙制午餐盒，然后將紙制午餐盒放在餐巾紙上。經過1h，觀察餐巾紙上是否有油點，如果沒有油點，是否合格，否則不合格。

將試樣盒蓋連續(xù)180°角開合15次，觀察與盒體連結處應無裂口、開裂。
